DEBONAIR. DEFIANT. DEFROSTED.
Superagent Austin Powers (Mike Myers) was cryogenically frozen in the ‘60s, but is awakened 30 years later to fight his arch-enemy, Dr. Evil. The star based his character on the British agents who always saved the world but were never too busy for the ladies; Austin may have hideous teeth but is still irresistible to women. Myers is very funny as the swinging agent who collides with the trends of the ‘90s; he also plays Dr. Evil who has a few hilarious scenes where he tries to reach out to his teenage son. Childish stuff, but funny nonetheless; love the simple golf cart scene.
