Patrik Eklund, an Oscar-nominated director of short films, made his feature debut with this oddball comedy about a telecom company that dominates life in a small town in northern Sweden. Among others, we’re introduced to a lonely man (Jacob Nordenson) trying to finish a quarterly financial report for the company, an electrician (Jimmy Lindström) who falls victim to an accident – and a potential terrorist group. Amusingly quirky, with a good performance by Nordenson, but also contrived and goes in too many directions.
