After waking up from a four-day coma in Berlin, Martin Harris (Liam Neeson) looks up his wife (January Jones) who’s staying at a hotel… but she claims not to know who he is. Another box-office hit in the latter-day career of Neeson as an action star. This time it’s a thriller inspired by both Hitchcock and possibly Jason Bourne that’s overly familiar and lacking in credibility… but we’re still perfectly happy to be chasing after the truth (and bad guys) in wintry Berlin as long as it’s in Neeson’s company. Old pros Bruno Ganz and Frank Langella are worth a look; they share a scene that even comes close to being… touching.

2011-U.S.-Germany-France. 113 min. Color. Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra. Cast: Liam Neeson (Martin Harris), Diane Kruger (Gina), January Jones (Elizabeth Harris), Aidan Quinn, Bruno Ganz, Frank Langella.
